I have bought it to keep myself from pulling my skin out of my nails, and it is really distractive from that bad behaviour. It has a nice complacency, squishy but also not super soft, making it harder to destroy it. Been using mine for 2 months now. I just have to look out as to not develop tendinitis, but in the right frequency it's actually nice as wrists exercises even haha
