The 4th cervical pillow I have tried. Think this one is my fav! Had 6 cx vertebrae fused and spaced with titanium in 2013. Recently started having increased pain and numbness in upper body at night resulting in constant turning and pain. Just spent the past hr laying on this one and yahoo! This pillow is perfect for me! It supports my neck at the best angle and yet allows me to sleep on my side also with support for my neck. I previously had a different one for years but that one didn't make it comfortable to sleep on my side. I believe this will last me for many, many years to come. I LOVE IT!!!
