Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or any of the ingredients above. Menthol causes a sensation that most people experience as "cooling" or "tingling" and find to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, some people describe a "stinging" or "burning" sensation they find to be unpleasant. This is usually mild and goes away shortly after use. If you experience stinging or burning, wait 24 hours before irrigating with a Alkalol SaltPod. You can immediately rinse out the nasal cavity by irrigating with a SaltPod Original. Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (or 230ml) of water.
