Cautions/Instructions for Use: Carefully read the complete list of Cautions and Instructions for Use in the Owner's Manual on Navage.com before use. Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or any of the ingredients above. Menthol causes a sensation that most people experience as "cooling" or "tingling" and find to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, some people describe a "stinging" or "burning" sensation they find to be unpleasant. This is usually mild and goes away shortly after use. If you experience stinging or burning, wait 24 hours before irrigating with a Alkalol SaltPod. You can immediately rinse out the nasal cavity by irrigating with a SaltPod Original. Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (or 230ml) of water.
