Cleaning:

Sleeping bags are generally washed by hand, except for some machine-washable cotton sleeping bags, the following points should be paid attention to when cleaning:

1. Use neutral detergent or special cleaning agent for sleeping bags to clean, do not use strong acid and alkaline cleaning agents, bleach and fabric softeners.

2. Before cleaning, you can soak it for a short time, and gently brush the head, neckline, feet and other dirty parts of the sleeping bag with a soft brush.

3. Rinse the detergent and soap foam off the sleeping bag thoroughly.

4. After cleaning, do not grab the sleeping bag from the side with one hand, but hold the sleeping bag from the bottom with both hands to avoid damage to the fabric.

*Machine washable cotton sleeping bags need to be washed in the drum washing machine at the lowest speed, not spin dry; Frequent over-washing can damage the warm medium of the sleeping bag, so try to keep it clean and reduce the number of washes. Recommendations for use:

• Stretch the sleeping bag completely one to two days before outdoor camping, and check whether the sleeping bag and its accessories are complete, which will help to get a good experience when using it in the wild.

• It is recommended to put the warm water bag into the sleeping bag to pre-warm it, and do not wear thick clothes such as coats when using, which will block the heat in the body from circulating in the sleeping bag and cannot obtain a comfortable sleep experience.

• Sleeping bag has a good thermal effect, but it cannot generate heat by itself, and in the cold night, the user needs to warm up before using it.

• If the climate and other conditions allow, the inside of the sleeping bag can be turned out, placed in a clean place, ventilated and dried, which is conducive to the maintenance of the sleeping bag, and attention must be paid to avoid the scorching sun at noon

• Sleeping bags are used as personal hygiene products, do not borrow from each other.
