●   Recommendations for use

2.  It is recommended to put warm water bag into the sleeping bag to pre-warm it in cold weather, and do not wear thick clothes such as coats when using, which will block the heat in the body from circulating in the sleeping bag and cannot obtain a comfortable sleep experience.

3. The sleeping bag has a good thermal effect, but it cannot generate heat by itself, it's recommended to warm up before using it.
