On price it was a few dollars less than any of the named brand oils. Quality was the same or better than any of the other brands. This is MCT oil is intended to be used by humans. It also works well for dogs. This time of year, the start of winter, for some reason known only to my dog is shedding time. Fur falls out in heaps all over the house. There was bare skin in many places. On a whim, I gave her some of the MCT oil in an amount that was half that for humans. The result is the fur grew back in faster and healthier looking than before. The only bad side effect was higher energy in a dog with an abundance of energy to begin with. As for the human (me), I thought that if it worked for the dog, it should work for me too. I regret to say that I am still bald with on new hair in sight. I have no way of measuring how well the MCT oil is doing other than how I feel. My skin might be a wee bit better. The energy level has gone up a bit. The exercises seem a bit easier to get through than before. That could be that a very few pounds have been shed (4). Is the weight loss due to the MCT, the exercise, or a better diet that started at the same time? Hard to tell, but I'll take the results and be happy. Overall using this MCT seems to have improved my physical health.

Very helpful for losing weight. I use 1 tbs in tea in the morning and it helps reduce hunger pangs until late AM. After last evening meal around 6 pm I mix 1 tbs into a bit of water or tea at about 9 pm and it reduces “midnight snack craving. I've lost (and kept off) 20lbs doing this intermittent fasting (no food 7pm-11am)
