Trust the Leaf

I only take (one) per day, in the morning, before I eat. If I forget, will take with my morning meal. Watch what I eat, do my morning walk, drink water. I will keep going, with Nature's Way. Never a problem.

Just didn't work for me

I bought this to curb my appetite. It just didn't work for me. But a lot of other dietary appetite suppressant supplements also don't work for me so if you are resistant to these types of supplements in this category and area of need, don't buy it...it will sit in your cupboard with all the other ones that don't work. It is however a high-quality supplement.
