Excellent supplement that makes you feel better ov
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to preface this review by stating that I normally take gummy supplements due to them being easier to take, so I have taken gummy ashwagandha supplements previously. That being said, this form of supplement was actually easy to take, with the size being decent and the flavor negligible. Overall, I felt more alert, balanced, and calm using this supplement, and would recommend it based on my experience of using it. I also love how this is natural, and the dosage is actually higher than the gummy ashwagandha supplements I have taken in the past, so I feel like the effects are noticeable when comparing the two!
