When I was looking at reviews before buying, someone just posted the word “Yuck!” about 18 times. First, the taste is better than most of my gummy supplements; I think there may be a disconnect on the appearance/taste because they look like those sort of compacted marshmallow pumpkins and assorted Christmas themed candies we see seasonally. They're actually pectin-based, with a pleasant natural berry flavor. They live up to advertising with a good spectrum of nutrients for an older woman. Note that they do not include vitamin K, and you may want additional calcium, if you don't get enough in food. I don't know whether the antioxidants are improving my health, but at least I remember to take them after meals, which means the vitamins etc are getting into my body, which has not always been the case with plain old tablets.

I searched for vitamin that is quality tested and made in the United States. Alive vitamin gummies are yummy ! My yearly blood tests has all good numbers so they work. I get stomach upset from tablets so I use these. They can get stuck together buts its all good. Walmart has a great price on these and often has sales/ cashback.
