Excellent Multivitamin For Women

About 6 months ago I started taking this Nature's Secret product as well as their fish oil sans mercury. Also take Spring Valley Magnesium and their Magnesium and take these all religiously. I feel better, have more energy and sleep better. Also, a couple of my fingernails were growing in a weird bended shape and now are about 98% back to normal. Probably from the multivitamin but I'm staying with them all. I can only take 1 fish oil capsule a day because 2 are too many. My toilet and bum let me know. (hahaha) I'm delighted with all these products. Recommend!!!

love this multi-vite!

It's been more than a month since I've ran out and I can tell a difference. I feel more worn out, not feeling or looking my greatest, i had none of that when i was taking these. My diet stinks, I'm always on the go, my 3 children and their school lives keep me busy, then throw in appointments and it wreaks havoc on my body. I recommend these because they worked for me and they made my skin, hair (eyelashes and eyebrows included lol) , and nails nice.
