Cutting Corners and it shows!
This bread is great for those on Keto. With 6 grams protein and lots of fiber. But, now they are not allowing the dough to set like they used to. Now I find large holes in the bread due to air pockets. Of the last 4 loaves all 4 have large holes which is pretty unacceptable. Guess it is time to find a new keto bread

This is in my opinion, the most healthy bread to eat and taste well except it has a short shelf life and has ruined early on me. It's also the most expensive bread that is keto that I have found at any store including Walmart Brookeshire‘s Super One, etc. I'm going to have to cut down on my budget soon because I'm elderly
