I LOVE EATING THESE OMG, the taste 👅 is so good and the packaging SUPER CUTE 🥰 pink is my favorite color, the form is chewy. The ingredients are tasty and its effects are very noticeable within a wee or so of consistently eating them. Digestion is also great, they go down easy!!

GREAT 4 SHINY HAIR
These are my absolute holy grail for beauty from the inside out! For the cost, the 80-count bottle is such a steal compared to more "trendy" brands. The concentration of 2,500 mcg of biotin is just right—it's high enough to actually see a difference in my nail strength and hair shine without being too much. The smell is literally like a jar of strawberry candy, and the texture is a soft, chewy gummy that doesn't get stuck in your teeth like some others do. The consistency of the results is what keeps me coming back; my nails stopped peeling after just a few weeks. 5/5 definitely worth it!

These are a must have for any woman who is trying to maintain her vitamins, and also receive help with healthy hair, skin, and nails! They taste wonderful and absorb fairly quickly in my opinion. And they're easy to administer because they come in gummy form!
