I have been taking Nature's Bounty Lutein since my eye surgery in 2005. My Retina Specialist recommended Lutein and Fish Oil. Both have been a constant in my life since then. Talk to your Eye Doctor before you begin . But, I began with Nature 's Bounty(both Lutein and Fish Oil) and that is where I will remain.
