My favorite supplement, it's so versatile!

I love how versatile magnesium glycinate is. You can't beat either take it in the day for a little energy boost, or take it 30 minutes before bed to help with a better nights sleep. I take mine in the morning after breakfast! I struggle with anxiety, soreness from lifting weights, heart palpitations, ocular migraines, restless leg syndrome, and probably a few other things that I'm forgetting. Magnesium glycinate, specifically from this brand, has been amazing for me!! It's helped almost all my symptoms and I've been taking it for a month now. When I know I may have a restless night, I wait to take my magnesium 30 minutes before bed. It's amazing, and I highly recommend it. Studies say that many of us are deficient in magnesium and we don't even know it.

i was having VE and SVE beats. I started out with magnesium oxide and along with a banana for potassium it cured my skipped beats, but your not suppose to stay on oxide long term. So i have now switched to this and still stable. But starting with this wasn't fast enough. Oxiide works faster. But now that i have good levels this one keeps me stable.
