Too soon to see any changes but I will continue to take and see what happens. Taste is pleasing and I find gummies much more pleasant to digest than a pill. I'm going to stick with these and hope for any improvements . Shopped around and found these to be the best price out there for comparable items.

They worked good for my nails.

So I've been taking these for a month now. The only thing I noticed are the tips of my finger nails are white and not transparent anymore like they were. I honestly can't tell any difference in my hair and skin its still the same as always buy I do have nice firm skin that never breaks out and I keep my hair healthy and shiny with haircare products..So I guess they work good for my nails only. I also sometimes experienced upset stomach after taking them and I only take 2 a day after I eat.

I look fresh and well-rested and almost youthful when I take this beauty mix daily. When I run out of it, my skin does not look as youthful after about two months. I like the biotin in it for my locs. They are growing and looking healthy. Overall, it is easy to chew and swallow. It taste good and keeps me looking good. I will buy again.
