You know how the other hair growth vitamins are advertised are like $30 a bottle? These do the very same thing for like $13. Plus these taste better! Personally, I prefer the ones with straight Biotin. The others break me out. These even help me with crepey skin too.

This product is definitely effective and doesn't take long to work. I gave four stars on value because it is a little pricier than the offbrands. I did get this on sale, However. if you have a problem with your health, are losing your hair and your nails, please give this a try.
