I started taking Natures Bounty Co Q-10 because my statin was making my legs cramp and I just felt worn down all the time. seems to be great quality
I take this daily to help keep my health improving. It is good for heart health. I am allergic to statins because of the Niacin, So this is an alternative that I have chosen along with a healthy diet. I am not medically trained so this is NOT medical advice. What I want to know, Walmart is why would I take pictures. You want me to take a picture of what ? Me taking the Q10, a pic of the bottle or of some medical review ? I don't get this part of the review.
