Good for your gut. Good for your heart. Great for when that two o'clock feeling hits at work- fits in your pocket or desk! My pet rabbit likes a nibble of these. Never had these have bad/defective packaging. Ant and insect proof unopened. A more healthy kid snack choice. Flavor can very a bit due to differences in the honey used.

I do not eat these because of dental problems. I get them for my elderly, disabled, mother, who eats 2 of these per day for the nutrients, protein, and fiber. It's much healthier than some other breakfast bars. She enjoys them so I am assuming they taste good. 😊

I buy this to crush up in my yogurt topping with fruit so good. You can buy a bag of it already broken up to sprinkle on yogurt fruit so on but it don't taste as good as it does when you crush it up from the package of granola bars highly recommend these
