[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use these to help my Toddler calm down at bedtime and they are a tremendous help. I only give 1 gummy which is just the right dose for him. He loves the taste which makes giving it to him a breeze. Would highly recommend for children of any age. Natural and non habit forming

Great supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband works swing shift and when he is on midnights, he takes a melatonin supplement to help him sleep. These are great - work very well and the gummy form is great! He has tried a few other brands but said these are one of the better brands that he's tried - falls asleep almost immediately and doesn't wake up throughout the day. I'll be looking for these in future for him
