Before this size I bought the bigger size, I use it in my daily tea. I must not have used the bigger size quickly enough cuz the bottom inch of the bottle had hardened honey I couldn't use. So I'm trying the smaller size, I don't imagine it would taste different as it's the same honey but a smaller size bottle.

I enjoy this delicious organic honey with oatmeal, tea or a topping on ice cream. If one doesn't have pancake syrup, use this honey with some butter for a treat. Or one could use this honey with butter on biscuits! The sweetness is lovely to heightened the flavor of whatever treat you are in the mood to eat. Be careful opening the lid because the plastic top can be damaged easily. Easy to dispense once secure cover is opened. Do not store upside down on cap unless the top is closed securely; leaking can occur.
