I tried different things to help me calm down and sleep, but everything always made me drowsy. When I first started taking two gummies before bedtime, I would still wake up with some drowsiness. So I decided to change how I was taking them. I started taking one gummy mid-afternoon and one gummy at bedtime. I saw a big difference in less drowsiness and felt more relaxed than drowsy by taking one mid-afternoon and one before bedtime to help me feel more comfortable and restful the next day.
