My cardiologist has me on COQ10 200 mg bc I take a statin. CoQ10 guards against leg cramps. Without COQ 10 I can have up to 5 cramps during the night, but taking this COQ10 I do not have leg cramps.

Buyers, I suggest purchasing only Nature Made vitamins and supplements as they are USP tested for quality and purity. I take one Nature Made CoQ10 each day to prevent migraine headaches. It really works. If I feel one coming on, it usually goes away without any of the migraine 'hang over' and no headache.
