All Natural Vitamin C

I have been taking vitamin C for years basically for immune support. However, several years ago my doctor added an iron supplement to my diet and told me to take at least 500mg of vitamin C with it because it aids in absorption of the iron. This product fits the requirements in that they're 500 mg capsules, they are all natural, and the Bioperine is included which saves taking an extra pill. The bioperine also aids in absorption of the vitamin. What really caught my eye about this product is the "All Natural" caption. It's not always easy to find a product without additional additives so overall I'm very pleased with this product and it seems to be working very well for me.

Not just vitamin C!

I definitely don't get enough vitamin C in my diet and I really like these as they are easy to swallow, are made from vitamin C from sources I approve of and best of all contain collagen boosting ingredients. As someone in my 50s, I need all the collagen boosts I can get. I also like that they are vegan.

Serving is 3 for 500mg

These are vegetarian vitamin C they are quite big to swallow. Only been taking them for 4 days so not sure how well they're working yet. They dont have any smell if I feel a boost from these I will switch over to them from my regular vitamin c I currently take. The packaging is nice and colorful just makes taking a pill a little happier LOL
