... will know more as I try new things. But note that I did not buy this product for drinking, but rather for baking. So "dissolvability" is not an issue for me. I have used this product to coat cereal and other foods for added "crunch" in baking. It works amazingly well. I intend to use it in bread too - and will amend my rating if necessary. I have a feeling it will be fine, though, again as I do not need it to dissolve.

The taste is fine; bland, but that's what I expected. I was really hoping that it actually "dissolved instantly", as described on the package; it does not. It's enough of an annoyance that I most likely won't be purchasing it again.
