This deserves no stars!!!!! I would not recommend this product to anyone. I would not recommend buying any furniture online from Walmart, especially through another vendor selling on the Walmart site. The item arrived and the directions said to tear apart the box and use for assembly to protect the item. The item then came with absolutely no hard ware at all!!!!!!! And it needs about 200 screws, bolts and so on. I took apart the box so I could not repackage it to return it! I called Walmart they contacted the seller and told me to wait for 48 hours and if I did not hear anything to call back. I heard nothing I called back and after a long time on the phone the customer service representative listened to the situation. She then told me that I would not have to send the pieces back since I did not have the box together and I would be fully refunded. I got a reference number for the call that was recorded. A short time later I got an email from Walmart saying that there was proof of delivery and I would not get a refund. I then called Walmart again....Spent about another hour on the phone, this customer service representative said I would not receive a refund and I had to send it back. I told him the situation about the box....It was a huge hassel He sent another email to his higher up about the box and about the representative and the recorded call that I was told I did not have to return it and would be refunded. I got another email that I would not be refunded and it would have to be sent back. AGAIN I had to call was on the phone FOR at least another 30 minutes they now said they will send someone to pick up the item and then they will refund me. The people called I was not available when they wanted to come get it and they are not allowed in the gates to pick up the item unless I am there. So I am still trying to make arrangements for them to get the item. I am not making purchases at Walmart anymore because of this. You don't tell someone not to worry about it you are getting a full refund on a recorded call then tell them NO you are not getting a refund and then they make you spend hours on the phone going through this hassel!!!! MY ADVICE SPEND THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE
