Slept like a baby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a difficult time sleeping. I've also had a difficult time finding some thing that helps me sleep. I dread taking sleeping pills, so I've been on the hunt for something more natural that will work for me. Natrols's liquid melatonin comes in a dropper bottle so that you can easily administer a 1 mg dose which is what is recommended for a good night's sleep. It's berry flavored and taste pretty good. After using for a few nights, I fell asleep pretty quickly and I stayed asleep for a longer period of time than normal. Not only is it in an inexpensive alternative but it is an effective one. This will be part of my bedtime regimen from now on.

great for my toddler
this works can't recommend enough i use 0.5 the tiny line on the bottom of the dropper and he sleeps amazing i use on hectic evenings along with his routine light snack (non sugar snack) and warm bath and lotion massage and works like a charm for my toddler
