[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi, I have been using this product for a while now and it works great. Just take 1 3mg tablet 20 minutes before bedtime. I really like this Melatonin and will definitely keep using it and will refer it to my friends and family. Also, it is 100% drug free. Fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Great Product.
