Great taste and freshness

This coconut milk powder is clumpy in composition, but I think that is inevitable. Get a whisk and mix it well and it works fine as an ingredient. If you ever wasted the last bit of a can of coconut milk, this will save you that because you can use just as much as you need.

Good substitute for coconut milk

I definitely prefer canned coconut milk when I can get it, but this powder is a great alternative. It is easy to take with me on road trips and camping, and the taste is good. And a smaller package includes many more servings compared to canned coconut milk. I will order it again.
