Not Bad!

I do like the hinge. Adding tension is easy. Not really sure about taking off tension. I see alot of videos that say remove pin to add or take away tension but on this particular model not sure. I also read that to take away you need to apply downward pressure to release tension. Can someone please help? Model N351-015

Worst hinge I've ever worked with

I bought this for my door. The instructions suck, the product sucks, the tension sucks. Just don't buy it.
