We purchased our fires online and made an appointment to have them put on at 11:00am. There was someone who came in after us with an appointment at 12:00. They took the 12:00 appointment in before us. So we were there from 11:00 until 1pm. Very poor service.

The picture has white lettering but the actual tires are black lettering. This didn't bother me but I seen other reviews that it did bother someone. I love the tires, for the price you CANNOT beat it. Noise is basically nonexistent and all around a good tire.

They come with a great wear warranty, so we will see as the miles add up. They are made in cambodia, and the quality seems really good. Time will tell, but at present I'm 100% satisfied with them
