- Nankang Rubber Tire Corporation Ltd is the longest established tire manufacturer in Taiwan, having started operations in 1940 by a group of engineers. Based originally upon the principals of Japanese manufacturing technologies, Nankang Rubber Tire Corp has grown substantially. Its 2 Taiwanese plants (Nankang & Hsinfung) continue to manufacture the bulk of Nankang's product. September 2003 marked the commencement of production at Nankang's Jiangsu facility in mainland China. This latest expansion ensures economies of scale for the future development of Nankang's progressive product range.
- Today, Nankang performance tires are exported from Taiwan to over 100 markets worldwide. Comprehensive range of passenger, light truck commercial and 4x4 radials are supplied to more than 300 distributors throughout Europe, North America, Central and South America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia.
- The Nankang CX668 touring tire is designed to provide dependable year round traction with a quiet and more comfortable ride. Developed for drivers of smaller coupes and sedans, the CX668 includes some of the latest tire technology in the tread design. The CX668 is available in many sizes and comes with either a T or H-speed rating. Along with a 40,000 mile treadlife warranty.
- The All-Season tread compound features rounded shoulder blocks and a continuous center rib for enhanced dry pavement grip and stability. Unique double grooves on the shoulder provide increased balance and divert force, which results in more even treadwear. Four circumferential grooves and a multi-sipe design add traction and stability on wet road surfaces. It also improves hydroplane resistance and adds more confidence behind the wheel.
