This is amazing for so many reasons. pls try this instead of ishy gmo corn startch. this is a great thickening agent. so very many uses and health benefits instead of havoc on your system. i soaked some russets I cut for fries i shake in a bag with spices and bake, absolute best fries you will taste using arrowroot to lightly coat with as well. cost is worth it, goes a long way!

This Arrowroot I use for thickening for gravy, and my soups. You dont need much, and it works! Tasteless, smooth, perfect. Start with a small amount, you can always add more. Many Others do not even work like this. I think they had fillers! Shameful!! This is the best arrowroot for thickening and not unhealthy like cornstarch or tapioca flour, look it up!

NAMASTE gluten free ORGANIC arrowroot starch

This is a great organic product. I use it in so many dishes and is a good thickener. I have been trying to buy more organic as I can and my budget sometimes doesn't allow. But I see this arrowroot as a must have for my delicious home cooked meals. I do recommend it and if you aren't familiar with arrowroot you can research it on Google . Happy cooking to all!
