I'm enjoying this energy drink mix. It gives you energy without the crash of having a coffee. It is somewhat difficult to mix if you're comparing it to a liquid IV or other powders. I used a mini frother and it worked out great. I'm sure shaking it in a protein shaker bottle would work too. Overall, I think this is a really great product and you get a lot for the price.
