My picky eater loves it!

I have a child with autism and serious food aversion. This smoothie has an abundance of vitamins and it's the only way I can get vegetables in him. He drinks it every morning and loves it. Don't let the green color discourage you. It's really good! Also I can disguise other things in it. Baby food mixes well and he can't tell the difference. It's literally the only thing I can do that with. This kids taste buds are unreal! He can tell a generic chip from a brand name even though they look exactly the same 🤦🏼‍♀️ great product I love it.

These were always recommended if you felt ill. I'm enjoying while traveling. Add just one individual Greek yogurt ups the protein. I dare you to throw in a few baby spinach leaves in the blender. It won't change the flavor but you will get more folates.

This is my original go-to when I'm avoiding or battling a cold or flu. It doesn't taste as green as it looks, for those of you who haven't tried it for fear it'll taste like last year's grass clippings that have been hanging out in your gutter. To me, apple is the leading flavor.
