I have a teenage son, that I purchased this for at the recommendation of our dentist because he doesn't like brushing his teeth and tried blaming it on me- the dentist knew better especially as his age. This has reduced the bleeding from his gums and the dentist is pleased with his progress. This doesn't really whiten which isn't the goal, but it works in helping to reduce/ prevent cavities and bleeding gums.

Best option for my gum health
This toothpaste was a pleasant surprise. A little more expensive than most, so I had passed it by, until I tried it after a deep cleaning and deplaning process and my dentist's office recommended it. The bleeding around my one problem tooth eased immediately. I was using Sensodyne but the same company makes this, and it is far better for my gums than anything else I've tried.
