Good product, terrible shipping.

The winch is exactly as described and worked well for the intended purpose. Shipping and notifications are a different story. 2 day shipping was closer to 2 week shipping with poor status updates. WalMart shouldn't promote items sold and shipped by 3rd parties as 2 day shipping when they have no control over the process. This is common problem with 3rd party shipping.
