This Louisville Premium Series wood attic ladder has a working load capability of 250lbs. This wood attic ladder fits ceiling heights of 8' 9" to 10' and has a rough opening of 25.5" X 54". The Premium L254P features slip resistant steps, adjustable spring, an ergonomic T-handle, easy-hang straps, and 3-1/2" deep reinforced steps. The Louisville L254P Premium wood attic ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI.

Have not yet opened this product as it will take some help and I am still recovering from a knee injury but just wanted to say it came in a surprisingly short time. some mail doesn't come in this length of time, lol.
