Gentle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really helped on nights where the day was hectic and their mind was keeping my child awake. I don't care to keep them on meletonin often and they don't like drinking tea so this is a good option for occasions. I don't want to use it often for the same reasons as meletonin but it's a nice option to have for rarities. Every child has really bad days especially with the way the world is right now. I don't want to give them prescriptions. Thus was a great option.

I wish it was a different flavor that's the only problem I had was getting my daughter to try the honey lemon flavor. But she's been using it at night and it's helping her sleep. I'd buy it again just a different flavor.
