A cast-iron burner grate is not a rubber dog toy. It is fragile as crystal or porcelain. Employees packaging outgoing items should be taught such things. My grate was delivered in four broken pieces. The manila envelope and the small cardboard box were both punctured by the iron pieces inside. No bubble rap or any other protective materials were used. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Not only did I fail to receive the item I needed, I had to take time out of my day to go through the process of getting a refund. An absolutely broken retail system.
