Excellent Choice, as I and constantly washing my hands; they became so dry %26 started cracking. I sometimes use it after washing my hands but, definitely before bed. When I first started using it, I would put on my hands at bedtime %26 wore white cotton gloves so it would absorb the moisture, thus hydrating my hands; within a week I saw a big difference!

Great for dry nails as you get older or from lots of hand washing, absorbs overnight %26 hands %26 nails are supple %26 soft, looking rehydrated the next morning.
