I received my new router in 3 days after ordering on line which blew me away. WalMart has always come through with flying colors, and I have yet to be disappointed with my purchases. I have yet to install the new router as installation instructions from NETGEAR were vague and required that I install an app to my iphone. Not being a TECHIE I am leary about disconnecting my old CISCO router and installing the new NETGEAR router. Will have to consult a friend or family member in order to insure a proper installation!!!

Good Hardware
Some updates have caused a reset and for the router settings to be wiped, but that hasnt stopped the hardware from working. It does need to be reset around once a month but that could be due to the ISP more than the router itself. Overall, the hardware is good but the software side has room for improvement.
