Worked well for cats
We bought this to give the cats an outside area that was safe from stray dogs and hawks. We did make the modification of adding some fencing to the bottom and top and sewing it on with wire, to deter digging / climbing out the top. Cats love it, and we feel they are safe in there. Overall, the product went together easily, although some pieces were bent a little in the shipping process, but not so much that it was a problem. One of the clamps was missing, but there was an extra of another. It is decent looking. For the money, it was a good value. I would not put any dog in there except a very small one. Until we put the bottom and top fencing on we added, it was not very sturdy, and unless you staked it down, it would likely blow over in a good wind storm, or if a dog jumped on it. I found it helpful, because I was installing it where the ground was gravel covered, to put the pieces together on a flat surface to help get it level. Individually, the pieces are light enough to handle easily. Even the whole unit put together was easy for two people to carry to the final location.
