Easy as a gas grill!
Don't let bad reviews scare you. Sure everybody has hiccups but this grill makes amazing food, easy as can be and cleans up very easily. Just keep it clean and there is no problem. The APP gets updated frequently with more and more recipes and features. Great grill plain and simple..

Not perfect but it's getting there
The absolute best food I've ever made. You can't beat the great flavor and ease of use. The app and wifi make it easy to monitor. Weber will stand behind it's product. They're still working out a few bugs but customer service is top notch. Very happy with my choice.

Great Pellet Grill Smoker
This is my first pellet grill smoker as it was a Father's Day gift from my wife. I absolutely love it! I have smoked tri-tip, chicken, fish, veggies, and recently smoked salmon at a low temp. Every meal tasted delicious. Of course I had to review and find the right recipes for me and my family, but the flavor and tenderness is none compared to gas. I hope to try a brisket in the near future. For the salmon, it should be smoked at temps lower than the grill allows (200F) but I was able to adjust by propping lid slightly open so allowing fish to cook at lower temp as I monitored internal temp of fish. I also love the app and temp probe. There are many guides and videos available. I read a lot of reviews and settled on Weber because it was made in USA . Other bbq reviews on manufactures made outside USA had certain quality drawbacks I did not want to risk with this investment. I had my gas grill for 12 years before giving away. I'm not sure why Weber's smoker does not have a stove pipe (vents only) but so far it still doesn't seem to matter. I selected a EX4 over EX6 because I don't need a large grill, yet, I hope. I recommend the Weber EX4 for BBQ beginners and enthusiasts. I've already been raving about it to all my friends and family. Good luck on your grilling adventures!
