Use only as directed. Shake well before using. Take 1 dropper with an 8oz. glass of water, three times daily between meals. Frequency may be increased to 1 dropper every two hours. For many years I purchased Echinacea angustifolia extract from this company. It was the most effective on the market. But they discontinued it. this is the next best formula for me. We take it at the first symptom of any infection and even sometimes apply locally. Good antibacterial. I love the convenient family size. The taste is perfectly fine.
