I don't buy milk because of digestive problems so when i need milk for recipes, I open a small can and add equal amount of water. whatever is left I put in a bottle for another time. The smaller cans are convenient and cost saving for my needs since I live alone.

I like that it has two sizes you can buy I buy mostly the small ones they're really handy. my mother always used carnation evaporated milk everything came out so much creamier and had more taste than milk. mashed potatoes are amazing with it yummylicious
