Terrible mounting design

The tab on the plastic mounting post is supposed to click in place - it will click for certain, but only if you have a loosened screw. Upon removal you are supposed to be able to push firmly on the plastic tab to release which was not the case - we could not get the piece to release forcing us to cut the anchor out on not one, but three hooks (one was right out of the packaging to ensure this was the product not an installation issue). Absolute garbage.
