NXT NXT24384000 Wall Charger Two USB-A Ports, White

The wonderful Brydge keyboard I bought for my 6th generation iPad was powered by the 1-foot cable it came with which connected at the other end to the iPad's mini-lightning port. Unfortunately by the time I lost that cable a year later Brydge had stopped making that type of cable. I bought a cable that looked right but behaved right only one time. Six months later when it was time to recharge the keyboard it didn't work again. I took the iPad to Staples; the tech tested it and said it didn't work. Still thinking I needed to power the keyboard from the iPad I looked for an adapter to step down from USB to mini-lightning but the tech said the USB port charger would be better because powering the keyboard from the wall wouldn't drain the iPad's battery. He also told me not to power ANY device for more than an hour because over-charging batteries shortens their life! (Thank you Edward!) The only thing I didn't like about the charger was the bright light which was easy to turn off. I wish I'd gone to Staples the first time instead of trying to order cables blind over the internet.

Purchased for use with a new power bank purchase. Works great. Customer assistance in branford ct was awesome as usual. Same for assistance from copy/fax dept there. All very helpful friendly and courteous. Great with us old folks that are not techies.
