Excellent flavor. Adds a nice heat without overdoing it. I use it in soups, sauces, and sprinkle a little over pieces of Rotisserie chicken (which I then dip in a homemade blue cheese dressing). If you're adventurous like me you'll sprinkle a little over a chopped kale salad. Again, it spices things up without going overboard. If you want more versatility sauté the flakes in a little oil first before using. Sorry about the photos. I live in a closet and this was the best space I had to show the product.
