I started giving this complex to my kids just before the winter season to boost their well-being. My kids, aged 7 and 11, totally love it! They look forward to their morning dose and enjoy chewing on it. The flavor is delightful—pleasantly tasty without being overly sweet, making it easy for them to take regularly. Sure, it does contain a bit of sugar, but honestly, the amount is minimal compared to similar products. Overall, it's been a great addition to our routine!
